Exchange and return
We always strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We will be happy to help with an exchange or return if the product does not suit you.
For exchange or return, please keep:
- original appearance of the product
- all consumer properties
- original packaging
- all factory seals, tags and labels
Goods that are not subject to return or exchange:
- Tights, socks, stockings
- Swimsuits and bodysuits
- Underwear: panties, tank tops, tops, bras
- Jewelry
When are exchanges or returns possible?
Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, you can return or exchange the product of proper quality if:
- it didn't fit in size, style, color or configuration
- a manufacturing defect has been detected
The main condition is that the product has not been used, there are no odors, scuffs, and all original labels, seals, and packaging are intact.
How to make an exchange or return
In person at the HRAM store
Bring the product and receipt (paper or electronic) to the store where the purchase was made.
Sending via "New Mail"
- Pack the product in its original packaging + attach a return form
- Send to the address listed on your invoice.
- Declare the full value of the goods in the shipment
- Do not select “Postpaid” — the shipment will be returned to you
Refunds will be made within 3-7 business days after receipt and inspection of the product.
