Exchange and return
We always strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We will gladly assist with an exchange or return if the item does not suit you.
To request an exchange or return, please keep:
- the original condition of the item
- all consumer properties intact
- the original packaging
- all factory seals, tags, and labels
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Tights, socks, stockings
- Swimwear and bodysuits
- Underwear: panties, undershirts, tops, bras
- Jewelry
When exchange or return is possible
Within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order, you can return or exchange an item of proper quality if:
- it does not fit in size, style, color, or configuration
- a manufacturing defect is discovered
The main condition is that the item has not been used, has no odors or signs of wear, and all original tags, seals, and packaging are preserved.
How to arrange an exchange or return
In person at the HRAM store
Bring the item and the receipt (paper or electronic) to the store where the purchase was made.
Shipping via “Nova Poshta”
- Pack the item in its original packaging
- Use the Nova Poshta service “Easy Return”
- Send it to the address: Dnipro, Nova Poshta branch №112 using the sender’s details
- After receiving the item in proper condition, we will process the refund
The refund will be processed within 2–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
