Cash on Delivery
For orders sent with cash on delivery, we require an advance payment of 500 UAH to the card.
This amount covers delivery costs in case the package is refused at Nova Poshta.
If you proceed with the order — the advance payment is fully refunded to your card.
If you cancel the order — we refund the remaining amount minus the delivery fee.
Payment for the product is made upon receipt at the branch or to the courier. Commission — 2% of the amount + 20 UAH.

To a Nova Poshta Parcel Locker
Contactless order pickup at a parcel locker. Choose a convenient location and receive an SMS code to open the locker.

Self-Pickup at HRAM
