The product is made of rhodium-plated silver. The plating will slowly tarnish over time, exposing the silver. This is natural and not a defect.

Warranty and Repairs: Each product is covered by a 7-month warranty, which covers repairs, polishing and surface treatment to restore appearance upon receipt of valid proof of purchase. However, the warranty does not cover mishandling of the jewelry: scratches on the surface, missing components or damage due to improper use.
